We redefined the brand to align with US and EU expansion, initiated and developed scientific marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness on the global stage. Changed market perception from low-cost CRO to world-class leader in preclinical models through KOL symposiums and deep technical content. This strategy helped drive growth leading to successful JSR International acquisition in 2018.
TD2 was unknown in the market, their business driven by word of mouth. With new ownership in 2020, we engaged in a complete rebrand strategy - new logo, website, productization of the portolio and differentiated messaging. This lead to broader market awareness and attraction of new clients globally.

AltheaDx is a commercial-stage molecular diagnostics company specializing in the field of pharmacogenomics (PGx) testing services that are focused on mental health. IDgenetix® is its PGx test for depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions. We developed scientific content and expert panel webinars to gain market acceptance and drive growth. Our efforts helped lead to a successful acquisition by Castle Biosciences in 2022.
